In view of the discernment for general councilor elections that is presently underway in the provinces, the two chapter-elected councilors were asked to describe what full time work as a staff member and general councilor at the generalate has been like: what they actually do, what their responsibilities have been, what the experience has been like for them personally, what adjustments it entailed, what they contributed, what they would want electors to know about the job description as they engage in discernment.
