Major General Chapter Documents Available
The General Chapter Planning Committee has posted two important documents for the 2009 General Chapter: Report on the State of the Order and the Instrumentum Laboris. These documents will be available in the original English language version and also in Nederlands, Français, Portuguese and Bahasa Indonesia (not all languages will be available immediately but all should be available by 14 October). In addition to the two documents, the Planning Committee has prepared a memorandum which suggests ways in which the members of the Order but particularly delegates can familiarize themselves with these key documents for the General Chapter. O Comitê de Planejamento para o Capítulo Geral coloca disponível dois importantes documentos para o Capítulo Geral 2009: o Relatório do Estado da Ordem e o Instrumentum Laboris. Estes documentos estarão desiponíveis em Inglês, língua da versão original, e também em Holandês, Francês, Português e Bahasa Indonésio (não todas linguas estão disponíveis imediatamente, mas todas deverão estar disponíveis em 14 de Outubro). Além destes dois documentos, o Comitê de Planejamento preparou um Memorandum no qual sugere meios para que os membros da Ordem, mas de forma particular os delegados possam se familiarizar com estes documentos chaves para o Capítulo Geral. Telah tersedia dokumen-dokumen utama dari Kapitel General
Panitia Persiapan Kapitel General telah melayangkan dua buah dokumen penting untuk Kapitel General 2009.: Laporan Situasi Ordo dan Instrumentum Laboris. Dokumen-dokumen tersebut tersedia didalam bahasa aslinya yaitu Inggris. Juga tersedia di dalam beberapa bahasa yaiitu: Bahasa Belanda, Perancis, Portugis dan bahasa Indonesia (Edisi dalam berbagai bahasa ini belum tersedia seluruhnya, tetapi akan pasti tersedia semua pada tanggal 14 Oktober nanti). Didalam tambahannya dari kedua dokumen tersebut, Panitia Persiapan telah membuat suatu memorandum yang menawarkan beberapa cara kepada semua anggota ordo tetapi secara khusus ditujukan kepada para delegatus, supaya para delegatus merasakan familier dengan berbagai kunci dokumen Kapitel General ini. Documenten voor het Generaal Kapittel zijn beschikbaar
Het Planningcomité van het Generaal Kapittel van 2009 heeft twee belangrijke documenten verzonden: 1° Verslag van de Toestand van de Orde 2° Werkdocument (instrumentum laboris) Deze documenten zijn beschikbaar in de originele Engelse tekst en eveneens in het Nederlands, het Frans, het Portugees en het Indonesisch (al deze talen zijn nog niet onmiddellijk beschikbaar, maar zullen het zeker zijn voor 14 oktober) Naast de twee documenten heeft het Planningcomité een memorandum voorbereid waarin suggesties worden gedaan hoe de ordeleden, maar in het bijzonder de Afgevaardigden, zich de genoemde belangrijke documenten van het Generaal Kapittel kunnen eigen maken. Documents disponibles en vue du Chapitre général
Le Comité de Planification du Chapitre général de 2009 a envoyé deux documents importants: 1° Rapport de la Situation de l’Ordre 2° Document de travail (instrumentum labori). Ces documents sont disponibles dans le texte d’origine, l’anglais et aussi en néerlandais, français, portugais et indonésien (toutes ces langues ne sont pas disponibles immédiatement mais le seront dès le 14 octobre) . Le Comité de Planification a préparé, à côté de ces documents, un memorandum où sont faites des suggestions à tous les membres de l’Ordre mais surtout aux Délégués afin de se familiariser avec ces documents clés du Chapitre général.
